We're a group of people who chose to work in a radically different way. No decorative hierarchies. No office politics. No meetings that could have been a voice note.

We help organizations understand that AI is not a tool to adopt but a change to embrace — in the way you think, collaborate, and create value. And we do it from the inside, hands on.

We use evolutionary organizational models - Holacracy in particular - because we believe the structure you work within changes what you're able to achieve. And we want to become a Benefit Corporation: not because it sounds good, but because impact is not optional.

AI Business Developer

"You can see what a company could become. And you know how to get it there."

Companies don't lack budget for AI. They lack someone to help them understand why they need to change, and how to actually do it. That someone is you.

What you'll do

  • You walk into companies that want to adopt AI and deeply understand how they work, before proposing any solution.
  • You build concrete transformation projects: not slides, but operational roadmaps that truly change the way people work.
  • You create authentic relationships with decision makers — as equals, not as a seller to a client.
  • You're the bridge between the outside world and the collective: you bring new contexts, real challenges, problems not yet solved.
  • You work with the team to turn the opportunities you identify into projects we deliver.

Who you are

  • You've already worked in environments where selling and delivering were the same thing, and you enjoyed it.
  • You use AI every day in your work. For real. Not for show.
  • You know how to listen to a business problem and translate it into a journey. Ambiguity doesn't scare you.
  • You have a vision: AI is not a technology, it's a paradigm shift. And you can explain it even to those who don't believe it.
  • You're used to working without micromanagement. You wake up and already know what to do.

AI Strategy & Operations

"Young isn't an age. It's a way of looking at problems."

We're looking for someone who has AI tools in their DNA - not because they were taught them, but because they discovered them on their own, tried thirty, and use six every day. Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do: they invent it.

What you'll do

  • You support the operational and strategic structure of the collective: processes, tools, workflows — everything needs to work intelligently.
  • You explore and experiment with the new AI tools that come out every week, and bring into FAIRFLAI what actually works.
  • You help build and document the methods we use and propose to clients.
  • You contribute to projects: you're in them, not watching from the outside.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and the freshness of someone who hasn't yet accepted "that's how it's always been done."

Who you are

  • You have solid expertise in the main generative AI, automation, and productivity tools. Not theoretical: practical, daily.
  • You're structured: you know how to juggle multiple things at once without losing the thread.
  • You're willing to get your hands dirty. This is an execution role, not a coordination one.
  • You're not scared by the uncertainty of a fast-growing reality. In fact, it excites you.
  • You want to grow quickly in a place where growth depends on what you do, not how long you've been there.
