The problem
How do you get 80+ participants thinking simultaneously about the organisational transformation driven by AI adoption, collecting and rationalising the contributions of the various groups towards a shared synthesis?
The workshop called for an unprecedented approach: not just traditional facilitation, but a system capable of reading, interpreting and synthesising in real time the ideas of dozens of people split across parallel groups.
The solution
A co-design pathway designed to arrive at an AI adoption solution, run by our facilitators and supported by AI.
Creation of a vertical agent for live interpretation of the various working groups' outputs, a shared narrative built through an agent contextualised on a curated RAG, and AI production of music, video and assets for a collective synthesis.
The agent was developed on a curated RAG and customised in its UX/UI to fit the context and tone of the workshop.
Participants experienced first-hand what it means to work with AI as an active collaborator.
AI was used across the board for the music, video and assets of the final synthesis.
The results
An 80-person workshop turned into an AI-assisted co-creation experience, with a shared synthesis produced in real time and a level of engagement that surprised the organisers.
The agent collected and rationalised hundreds of contributions in a matter of minutes, producing a coherent narrative that served as the thread running through the final part of the workshop.
